Sizes: Small fits EU 35–40 (insole length approx. 26.2 cm). Large fits EU 41–46 (insole length approx. 29.2 cm).
Getting started: take out your shoe’s original insole and slide these in, heel first. If you’re new to arch support, wear them for a few hours a day at first and build up as your feet get used to the feel.

Which size should I choose?
Choose Small if you wear EU 35–40 (about UK 2.5–6.5) and Large if you wear EU 41–46 (about UK 7–11). The insoles are about 26.2 cm and 29.2 cm long.
Will they fit my shoes?
They work best in trainers, running shoes and casual shoes with a removable insole. Take the original insole out first so the fit isn’t too tight.
Are they for men or women?
Both. The design is unisex. Just choose the size that matches your shoe size.
How do the bundle savings work?
