Description
Warm feet on cold days, with nothing to charge or plug in. These single-use insoles start to warm up once you open the pack, so you can slip them into your shoes for commutes, match days, dog walks and time outdoors in winter.
- Self-heating – warms up on contact with air after opening. No batteries or charging.
- Slim and light – soft non-woven fabric that sits easily in most shoes and boots.
- Unisex sizing – four sizes from EU 32 to EU 43.
- Single use – one pair per pack. Dispose of after use.
How to use: open the pack just before you need them and place the insoles in your shoes. Warmth builds over the first few minutes.
Safety: wear with socks and don’t place directly against bare skin for long periods. Not for use while sleeping, or by young children or anyone with reduced sensation in their feet unless supervised. Remove if they feel too hot. Don’t open, reuse or heat in a microwave.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat. Remove from shoes regularly to let them breathe.

Remove your shoe’s original insole and slide these in heel first, pressing them flat.

Which size should I choose?
Choose Small if you wear EU 35–40 (about UK 2.5–6.5) and Large if you wear EU 41–46 (about UK 7–11). The insoles are about 26.2 cm and 29.2 cm long.
Will they fit my shoes?
They work best in trainers, running shoes and casual shoes with a removable insole. Take the original insole out first so the fit isn’t too tight.
Are they for men or women?
Both. The design is unisex. Just choose the size that matches your shoe size.
How do the bundle savings work?
